Puma's Real Music Wednesdays at Brewers & Union officially launched in Johannesburg tonight (June 6th), following on from its success in Cape Town over the last few months.

Well suited for the occasion, the inaugural event was held at The Independent Bioscope in Fox Street, Johannesburg, with music provided by singer-songwriter Shotgun Tori. The venue, with its cinematic set-up afforded Tori the intimate space her music seems to thrive in.

What felt like a jam session with an old friend was a reminder of the raw talent that exists in South Africa. Tori's expressive lyrics cut deep and were accompanied tonight by a stripped down acoustic guitar arrangements. The evening brought to life the magic that makes music so real to fans in the first place.

The Puma Real Music Wednesdays will take place every week at the Bioscope, affording the opportunity to get up close and personal with the people behind the music.
