White Stripes Release Recordings of First-Ever Live Shows

The White Stripes have released recordings of their first-ever live shows. Available through Third Man Records' "Vault" subscription series, the package includes a tote bag along with two vinyl records: Live at the Gold Dollar 7", which features the White Stripes' very first live performance at a Detroit open mic night on July 14th, 1997, and Live at the Gold Dollar, a 12" featuring the band's first full show on August 14th, 1997. The records contain early recordings of "Jimmy the Exploder,""St. James Infirmary Blues," "Lafayette Blues," "Screwdriver" and more.
